What you will do
- Troubleshoot and repair RMA products to meet commercial standards and customer satisfaction
- Follow drawings, instructions, and procedures to complete repair tasks
- Determine job and material status and report defective parts
- Perform ECO upgrades and onsite customer support as needed
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in the Netherlands, 's-Hertogenbosch
- Technical school certificate or college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as a test technician preferred
- Good soldering and de-soldering skills
- Experience in electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting
- Good operation software skills in Windows or Linux
