What you will do

• Set up server, network, and software configurations.
• Write customized automation scripts to increase system efficiency.
• Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and system management tools.
• Monitor and benchmark application performance to identify bottlenecks and solutions.
• Provide on-site software deployment and customer acceptance verification tests.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, California, United States
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Linux environments, scripting, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with workload/resource managers and containerization.
• Travel required for on-site projects.
