What you will do

• Handle defective parts and manage the RMA process with vendors.
• Coordinate packaging and shipping of power supplies.
• Manage inventory transfers and maintain workflow reports.
• Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in electronics or computer industry as RMA coordinator preferred.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
