What you will do

Handle advertising paperwork management and ensure documentation accuracy.
Facilitate vendor qualification processes and onboarding.
Assist in the creation and management of marketing and PR materials.
Verify advertising invoices and manage payment workflows.
Collect and analyze advertising performance data for reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing or advertising operations.
Strong understanding of advertising terms and contract processes.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
