What you will do
- Perform testing and rework of PCBA products including software, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades.
- Test motherboards, backplanes, and AOCs following standard procedures.
- Document inspection results and provide defect feedback to the quality team.
- Maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
- Collect and analyze data for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- English language skills (reading, speaking, writing) are required.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in production testing or repair.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong attention to detail.
- Must be within reasonable commuting distance to ‘s-Hertogenbosch or willing to relocate.
- Responsible with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
