What you will do

• Support network switching configuration and deployment for internal and external customers.
• Work with AI and storage server products for short turnaround setups.
• Document best practices and technical concepts for product usage.
• Identify product gaps through competitive analysis and collaborate with product management.
• Maintain networking lab including test harness, competitive products, and automation environment.
• Provide expert guidance to field teams and customers on Ethernet switching products.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Jose, California, United States
• 8+ years of hands-on network switching experience in IT infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with Linux, enterprise OS, APIs, and web applications development/product management.
• Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Arista ACE, or Juniper JNCIx highly desirable.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer advocacy skills.
