What you will do

Work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Identify and resolve issues with a focus on solutions and improvements.
Assist the product management team with technical issues.
Provide quick response and support for production issues.
Develop knowledge of current and new products.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in computing hardware/solutions.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Fluency in oral and written English.
BSEE/CS or equivalent; MSEE is desirable.
