• Build, lead, and scale engineering teams focused on data related services and infrastructure
• Coach and mentor engineers, supporting career growth while driving measurable organizational impact
• Partner with product managers, designers, and leadership to translate vision into quarterly roadmaps
• Make thoughtful architectural decisions and uphold engineering best practices
• Own the design, delivery, and operation of our data platform
• Collaborate closely with recruiting to identify and attract world-class engineering talent

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years of work experience in data engineering
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Strong experience with server-side languages like TypeScript/Node.JS/Python/Kotlin
• Strong experience with SQL databases like Postgres or MySQL
• Strong experience with RESTful API design
