What you will do

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity team for Digital Services.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and DevOps teams to implement cloud security solutions.
• Manage risk assessments, audits, and compliance with regulations.
• Drive continuous security improvements and lead security awareness training.

Requirements

• Must be legally able to work in Canada.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and cloud security.
• Experience with incident response, threat management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Eligibility to handle US export-controlled data.
• Must not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, or cloud platform-specific certifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
