What you will do
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Digital Support team
- Coach, mentor, and empower support staff to remove roadblocks
- Develop roadmap and strategy for technology initiatives improving client outcomes
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams to improve system stability and customer experience
- Perform risk and trend analysis to mitigate product and service risks
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA or Englewood, CO
- 2+ years experience in 24x7 support organizations and leading teams
- Experience with software applications supporting aircraft maintenance solutions
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Relocation assistance is not provided
- English language proficiency: B2 or higher
Nice to have
- 5+ years in 24x7 support organizations
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Maintenance and MRO products and SaaS support
- Experience tracking KPIs and customer satisfaction scoring
