TL;DR
Software Engineer (DevSecOps): Develop and maintain scalable, secure DevSecOps platforms and tools across multi-cloud and data center environments with an accent on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Focus on architecting and automating secure software delivery processes, ensuring compliance, and improving developer experience.
Location: Hybrid in multiple US cities including Arlington, Fairfax, Denver, Colorado Springs, Plano, Berkeley, Mesa, El Segundo, and North Charleston
Salary: $85,000 - $177,100 depending on experience level

What you will do
- Architect, design, and maintain DevSecOps platforms and tools supporting safety-critical software development.
- Deploy, configure, and automate infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to enforce security best practices and compliance.
- Continuously improve developer experience and platform efficiency through automation and innovation.
- Adopt emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance DevSecOps capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control regulations.
- Must be located in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, GitOps, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (Secret) post-start.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
Nice to have
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience with Linux OS and full stack microservices infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed remote environments.
