What you will do

• Lead IT integration programs from intake through delivery and sustainment including planning, risk management, and change control
• Translate business problems into clear technical objectives and incremental roadmaps
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and suppliers to ensure end-to-end solutions
• Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and decision logs; lead Integrated Change Board activities
• Drive data-focused outcomes including data modeling, migration, governance, and lineage
• Ensure compliance, stability, availability, and security standards are met

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Onsite work in Everett, WA or Charleston, SC
• 3+ years project management experience with cross-functional teams
• Experience in regulated industries, manufacturing, engineering, or factory technology environments preferred
• Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud architecture preferred
• No visa sponsorship; relocation offered based on eligibility

Nice to have

• Experience with engineering digital thread concepts or 3D work-instruction pipelines
• Experience with enterprise architecture or data governance initiatives
• Experience running Integrated Change Boards and formal configuration/control processes
