What you will do

• Develop software using modern programming languages and agile methodologies for hirify.global systems
• Design software architecture, review requirements, and perform integration and testing
• Contribute to project planning and execution to meet operational goals
• Improve software engineering processes, quality, safety, and reliability
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to meet performance expectations
• Foster a positive team culture and motivation

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland (Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Rzeszów)
• English proficiency required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 3+ years professional experience
• Proficiency in C/C++ and at least one other modern programming language

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux embedded systems (Yocto, Bitbake)
• Low-level Linux programming (kernel modules, device drivers)
• Linux networking stack knowledge and debugging skills
• Linux OS administration experience
• Strong design and system thinking skills
