What you will do

• Assist DACH customers via video call and email to fully implement hirify.global.
• Provide a consultative and customized onboarding experience for each client.
• Gather feedback and understand client needs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to optimize the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Clients, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Fluent German and professional English.
• Proactive and fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to understand market specifics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Previous customer-related experience is a plus; attitude and willingness to learn are critical.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Barcelona, Spain.
