What you will do

- Report directly to the global growth direction.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics and business roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics), Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proven ability to lead teams or key projects and build trust.
- Strong data-driven mindset for strategic and business decision-making.
