What you will do

• Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Exchange, and SAP Workzone
• Ensure smooth operation of email, telecommunication systems, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools
• Monitor system performance and implement updates and patches following ITIL guidelines
• Document features and changes for administrators and end users via FAQs and manuals
• Support end-users in effective use of communication and collaboration tools
• Collaborate with global IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft and SAP services (MS Teams, Exchange, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of application lifecycle, security, and maintenance procedures for Microsoft Applications and M365 environment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience with service management tools like Service Now
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified or ITIL are a plus
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication
