R&D Project Manager (Telecom): Managing software and hardware development projects within the Product House for specific contracted customer projects with an accent on project coordination, stakeholder management, and timely delivery. Focus on analyzing customer requirements, developing project plans, and ensuring project scope and budget adherence.

What you will do

Analyze and understand customer requirements.
Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans and documentation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
Manage project changes and performance indicators.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems / Electrical / Information Technology or equivalent.
Proven experience in software/hardware development project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in progress.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in Systems Engineering and Software Engineering is beneficial.
Preferred industry experience in Telecom, VoIP, Linux, Networking.
