What you will do
- Develop and refine scalable training and business enablement models for optical businesses.
- Conduct online and in-person training sessions across Spain to equip optical store staff.
- Provide engaging information to ensure understanding and highlight subscription benefits.
- Monitor and support store performance to optimize subscription business operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop training tools and materials.
Requirements
- Must be located in Spain with ability to conduct in-person sessions across the country.
- Proven experience in the optical industry with deep understanding of products and store operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; native Spanish speaker; English fluency is a plus.
- Strong empathy, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience creating training programs and assessing their effectiveness.
