What you will do
- Create and lead a regional team of Project Managers and Producers to develop and launch events from A to Z.
- Own the region's P&L and define growth strategies to achieve quarterly and annual KPIs.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives from major entertainment companies.
- Negotiate and close business deals with local partners to expand the regional network.
- Analyze business opportunities and report performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate the scalability of local experiences for rollout in other global markets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, startups, or consulting.
- Fluent English and Spanish proficiency is required.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence and persuade executives.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office.
