What you will do

  • Develop measurement plans for awareness campaigns and translate brand lift into business KPIs.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using geo testing and causal inference methods.
  • Analyze performance marketing campaigns to uncover actionable optimization insights.
  • Design and visualize topline marketing KPIs and dashboards to challenge the status quo.
  • Build and automate reporting pipelines in collaboration with data engineering and MarTech teams.
  • Enable stakeholders through documentation, training, and ongoing dashboard support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related).
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics is a must.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
  • Experience building dashboards in BI platforms such as Metabase or Pigment.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite in Barcelona or Geneva.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth, global technology companies.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or freemium business models.
  • Practical knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Understanding of privacy-first marketing measurement principles.
