What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end applications from prototype to production.
• Build scalable APIs and services integrated with AI models.
• Develop reliable AI data pipelines including ingestion, preprocessing, and orchestration.
• Engineer prompting strategies and guardrails to optimize for latency and accuracy.
• Integrate AI features into full-stack applications with robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished product experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil for the remote/hybrid role.
• Proven track record shipping production applications.
• Strong command of modern web stacks including React/Next.js, Node.js, and Python/FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Solid grasp of architecture, scalability, and security best practices.

• Experience fine-tuning or training custom models.
• Background in MLOps or data engineering.
