What you will do
- Create realistic 3D weapons and hard surface assets from concept to final implementation.
- Define and uphold visual style and standards in collaboration with the Art Director.
- Collaborate with various artists to ensure consistency and performance across assets.
- Mentor the hard surface art team by providing feedback and technical guidance.
- Contribute creatively to weapon and prop design.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in weapon or hard surface asset creation.
- Exceptional understanding of form, shape, and composition.
- Mastery of 3D Modelling Software, preferably Fusion 360.
- Full understanding of UV and normal map creation pipeline.
- Meticulous work with textures and materials, with a full PBR understanding.
- Proficiency in English.
