What you will do

• Create high-quality, realistic 3D character assets from concept to final in-engine implementation.
• Model hard-surface accessories and armor that integrate seamlessly with organic character forms.
• Process and refine scanned data (particularly heads) to meet production-ready standards.
• Collaborate effectively with art directors, leads, and other team members to achieve the project's visual goals.
• Participate in reviews and implement feedback to ensure the highest quality bar.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D character modeling with a focus on realism.
• Advanced knowledge of human anatomy and experience applying it to both organic forms and hard-surface elements.
• Experience with cleaning and preparing scanned head data for production are a significant plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: ZBrush, Maya/Blender, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag/Unreal Engine.
• Proven Marvelous Designer skills for creating realistic clothing.
• Ability to work from concept art and follow art direction within technical constraints.
