What you will do

• Accelerate the energy transition by pioneering services for international markets.
• Drive key initiatives for hirify.global by scaling key products in Germany and international markets.
• Optimize and automate processes by interacting with various stakeholders.
• Master product communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• You have completed your studies and/or are in a gap year between your Bachelor’s and Master’s and have at least 6 months of availability.
• You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in innovation who is looking to drive change.
• Relevant experience in fast-paced environments with insights into either Product/Project Management, Tech, Process Optimization or other closely related areas is a plus.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the energy market is a plus but we are happy to get you up to speed - it’s the motivation that counts!
• English and German: C1 / C2 required and excel at communicating with various internal/external stakeholders.
• You are detail oriented and have no trouble overseeing multiple projects while managing timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations.
• You are a problem solver who can easily adapt to changing environments.
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborative environments and is always looking to leverage the group’s potential.
• You have proficient skills in the digital landscape and are used to working in the Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office Suite) and feel comfortable in adapting to new software tools - previous CRM experience is a plus.
