What you will do

• Define product specifications based on customer feedback, market, and technology analysis.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee technical development and architecture across R&D and industrialization phases.
• Lead and inspire the project team to maintain high performance and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, product, sales, marketing, and program stakeholders.
• Allocate engineering and other resources effectively to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Paris, France
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years technical experience.
• Experience in defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars, optronics, PNT, AI, or related industries.
• Proven track record managing complex aerospace, defense, or robotics projects through industrialization.
• Strong technical background with problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and organizational skills.
