What you will do

• Own the entire product lifecycle from scoping to post-launch.
• Ensure product-market fit by understanding customer needs and validating solutions.
• Leverage AI and data-driven decision-making to prioritize development.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams including commercial, engineering, and design.
• Translate business needs into actionable product specifications and coordinate execution.
• Support go-to-market strategy ensuring smooth handover to commercial teams.

Requirements

• Must have 4-5 years of product management experience with proven track record.
• Significant experience in energy trading, renewable energy, or financial trading sectors with strong understanding of energy markets.
• Degree in business informatics, computer science, business, or similar.
• Proficient with PM tools like Jira and data-driven work.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.
