Salary: £100K - £135K plus equity

What you will do

• Develop and scale full-stack web applications using Typescript, React, and AWS serverless technologies.
• Drive key product decisions including roadmap prioritization, project scoping, and technical direction.
• Take end-to-end ownership from design to deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement.
• Collaborate autonomously and within a high-trust team to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Implement continuous delivery with multiple daily production deployments.
• Engage with customers to incorporate feedback and improve product experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London with office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
• Experience: Typically 8-10+ years in software engineering with full-stack Typescript expertise.
• Strong knowledge of AWS serverless stack, DevOps, observability, and quality engineering practices.
• Ability to design and build highly reliable, scalable, and well-architected products.
• Comfortable working autonomously and handling ambiguity with ownership mindset.
• English: Proficient English required (job posting in English).
