EMEA Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Tech GTM

Location: Hybrid, London. Candidates progressing to the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Build and execute end-to-end talent strategies for high-performing sales and technical GTM teams across EMEA.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and engage passive candidates for GTM, Customer Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and related technical roles.
• Advise the GEO VP and collaborate with Finance, HR business partners, compensation teams, and other stakeholders.
• Use AI agents, generative tools, automated workflows, and LLMs to optimise sourcing and administrative processes.
• Analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source efficiency to guide regional talent decisions.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen hirify.global’s position in the EMEA talent market.

Requirements

• Senior recruiting experience with a strong record of hiring for technical GTM and sales organisations.
• Experience recruiting for Customer Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Experience, or Solutions Architecture roles.
• Strong strategic problem-solving, negotiation, candidate-closing, organisation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience using automated workflows, AI-powered sourcing tools, LLMs, complex Boolean logic, and market mapping.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing technology and organisational priorities.
