What you will do

• Design and deploy dynamically scalable, self-healing infrastructure and applications in public and private cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure design to improve resilience and scalability.
• Use IaaS automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Migrate environments from on-premise infrastructure to AWS/GCP.
• Evaluate KPIs and proactively mitigate bottlenecks and issues.
• Design zero-downtime infrastructures and continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Expertise in public cloud platforms AWS and GCP.
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools like Gitlab and Jenkins.
• Experience with containers and orchestration systems such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/ECS, Nomad.
• Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with configuration management tools Puppet and Ansible.
• Proficiency in RDBMS and messaging services including AWS RDS, MySQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Strong Python and Bash scripting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with on-premise private cloud infrastructures (VMware, KVM).
• Good understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Previous operations or R&D experience.
• Experience with PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 compliance.
