DevOps AWS

Location: Bulgaria or Romania. Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

What you will do

• Support development teams with product knowledge, technical guidance, and solution design.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, build environments, and infrastructure automation.
• Support cloud and on-premises air-gapped infrastructure, including configuration and technical improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements and best practices.
• Support monitoring and observability initiatives.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Docker Swarm.
• Good knowledge of AWS services including EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, Subnets, AMIs, ALBs, S3, and ECR.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, cloud infrastructure, and air-gapped environments.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, firewall management, and troubleshooting; familiarity with ELK Stack, Grafana, and FortiGate is relevant.
• Good English communication skills at B2 level or higher and a valid work permit for the European Union are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with FortiGate firewall management.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in software delivery.
