What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers, fostering growth, innovation, and engineering excellence.
• Guide and mentor the team, collaborating with senior engineers to solve complex challenges.
• Define objectives and key results for the team, devising plans to meet them.
• Conduct performance evaluations and regular check-ins for team members.
• Demonstrate engineering best practices, including code quality and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Production teams to define project scope and requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years leading an engineering team of 4 or more.
• A degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expert in .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with automated test frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Knowledge of big data ecosystems, including Kafka and Databricks.
• Passion for playing video games.
