What you will do

• Analyze sport demands to identify performance bottlenecks and technical constraints.
• Translate performance insights into targeted, evidence-based practice interventions.
• Embed within training environments to co-deliver sessions using constraints-led and adaptive practice structures.
• Integrate motor learning principles across strength, conditioning, and performance science departments.
• Develop frameworks for skill acquisition integration across core sports programs.
• Educate coaching staff on practice design and skill transfer strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Santa Monica, California
• Undergraduate and Master’s degree in sports science or related field with emphasis on motor learning.
• 5+ years of experience in applied performance or coaching environments.
• Proven track record of successful integration of motor learning and practice design interventions.
• Credentials in strength and conditioning (CSCS or equivalent preferred).
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
