What you will do

• Lead and support project case development, CAPEX approval, and project plan execution.
• Manage cross-functional multi-site teams to deliver project goals and objectives.
• Drive identification and execution of project ideas and manufacturing handoff.
• Provide global operations leadership for network and transformation projects.
• Develop operations strategy and execute project plans through manufacturing handoff.
• Build strong cross-functional teams with mentoring and coaching.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry business or technical roles.
• Strong project and program management skills with global team leadership.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage financial goals and customer-centric decision making.

Nice to have

• Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biologics sectors.
• People management experience.
• Six Sigma, Process Excellence, PMP, or FPX certification.
• Financial analytical experience.
