What you will do
- Own and evolve the design system strategy and roadmap for web and mobile platforms.
- Guide creation, maintenance, and governance of reusable UI components and documentation.
- Ensure seamless integration of the design system into product and engineering workflows.
- Champion enterprise-wide adoption through relationship building and training.
- Manage UX/design practitioners and coach contributors to the design system.
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption and impact, leveraging analytics tools.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Malvern, PA, US.
- 6–10 years of UX/UI design and/or digital product management experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Proven experience building and scaling design systems across web and mobile (iOS, Android).
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), usability principles, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with Figma, Storybook, and Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
