What you will do

• Own and evolve the design system strategy and roadmap for web and mobile platforms.
• Guide creation, maintenance, and governance of reusable UI components and documentation.
• Ensure seamless integration of the design system into product and engineering workflows.
• Champion enterprise-wide adoption through relationship building and training.
• Manage UX/design practitioners and coach contributors to the design system.
• Define and track KPIs to measure adoption and impact, leveraging analytics tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Malvern, PA, US.
• 6–10 years of UX/UI design and/or digital product management experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven experience building and scaling design systems across web and mobile (iOS, Android).
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), usability principles, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with Figma, Storybook, and Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
