What you will do
- Lead divisional coordination for the Cyber Resiliency Program supporting risk assessments and governance.
- Manage and execute loss of application testing for critical divisional applications.
- Provide resiliency consultation and advisory support across multiple organizations.
- Support disaster recovery and high availability data center testing efforts.
- Drive large-scale contingency planning and assurance-focused exercises with actionable outcomes.
- Serve as backup to the Incident Response Team Program Manager for enterprise-wide incident response.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the US with hybrid work model in Scottsdale, Charlotte, or Malvern
- 5+ years of experience in business contingency, cyber/technical resilience, or disaster recovery management preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
- Proven track record managing projects and stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications include CBCP, MBCP, ABCP, CISA, CISSP, or progress toward business continuity planning certification.
