What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to support HR matters and organizational planning
• Manage performance review processes and support talent development and retention
• Facilitate onboarding, adaptation, and conflict resolution within teams
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover risks
• Perform HR analytics on engagement, turnover, and satisfaction metrics
• Communicate and support changes during restructuring and process transformations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience including 1 year as HRBP or related role
• Intermediate English or higher for interaction with international teams
• Knowledge of HR processes including performance review, onboarding, and compensation
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
• Ability to partner with managers and understand business processes
• Flexibility and proactivity in changing conditions
