What you will do

• Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance processes, controls, and operational efficiency across multiple departments including Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Maintain and refine key enterprise operations and define KPI targets to inform strategy and priorities.
• Support annual and quarterly planning, coordinating inputs and preparing executive materials.
• Lead or contribute to integration projects from acquisitions or partnerships ensuring alignment and data consistency.
• Partner with Finance, Audit, and Treasury to build robust business processes and strengthen financial controls.
• Build trusted relationships across all levels to foster alignment, accountability, and execution on key initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely
• 5+ years experience in Business Operations, FP&A, Product Strategy, or Consulting in fintech, crypto, or technology sectors.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units.
• Strong financial planning, reporting, and control skills with ability to bridge Product and Finance.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to identify business drivers and deliver measurable improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and cross-functional audiences.
