What you will do

• Serve as the primary insights liaison for the sales organization to understand client goals.
• Build and deliver executive-level presentations translating complex data into clear strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with internal and client partners.
• Generate hypotheses on consumer behavior, product usage, and market performance.
• Lead bi-annual insights forums and develop a centralized insights library for sales.
• Provide data-driven solutions for ad-hoc business requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or client-facing roles within a B2B financial services environment.
• Proficiency with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Experience translating data into business insights and communicating effectively to senior partners.
• Comfortable building and presenting PowerPoint presentations to large audiences and C-suite executives.
• Ability to speak the language of marketing, finance, and product teams.
