Salary: $144,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of business analysts, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Manage multiple large-scale business analysis projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between the team and senior management, reporting progress and addressing obstacles.
• Ensure that business analysis processes are continually improved to meet changing business needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to align project goals and resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering skill development and career growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required (C1 spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting).
• Familiarity with SQL and Python (basic to intermediate proficiency).
• Strong team management and delegation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and oversee complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership capabilities.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including leadership roles.
• Ability to align business analysis with company goals and industry trends, manage competing demands and prioritize workloads.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from the office based in Krakow City Center as a full-time employee.
