What you will do

• Partner with carriers to function as a trusted advisor, understanding their business and developing a roadmap to leverage analytics for strategic goals.
• Develop long-term trusted relationships with executive / key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the data science team to develop advanced predictive models and exploratory data analyses to unveil key data insights.
• Identify, drive, and lead solution-based initiatives supporting customers.
• Communicate analytical results and insights to various collaborators across the company and customer base.
• Support the integration of data science, data engineering, and solution architecture in support and execution of client strategic engagements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Ability to work effectively with executive partners.
• Customer advocacy and passion to educate and deliver value through analytics.
• Expert ability to translate complex analyses and concepts to non-technical audiences within and outside of the organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse roles including executives, managers, underwriters, actuaries, data scientists, IT, and hirify.global team members.
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
