Salary: $146,200 - $197,800

What you will do

• Model, code, test, and release ontology modules and mappings for knowledge graphs and AI applications.
• Translate domain knowledge into OWL/RDF classes and properties, and publish validated packages for reuse.
• Develop and maintain ontologies for drug discovery in healthcare and life sciences.
• Own the ontology roadmap, defining scope, use cases, and success metrics.
• Implement data quality checks and contribute to validation reports.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or master's degree in bioengineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on ontology/knowledge modeling experience.
• Proficiency with OWL, RDF(S), SKOS, and SPARQL.
• Experience in large-scale knowledge graphs and healthcare domain integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD implementations and DevOps tools.
