What you will do

• Promptly respond to inbound demo requests within 60 minutes.
• Manage inbound website chat proactively.
• Log all activities and communications in Salesforce and Gong.
• Conduct comprehensive conversations to identify core business challenges.
• Document all prospect interactions in detail for hand-off.
• Coordinate with Account Executives for a smooth prospect journey.

Requirements

• Proven ability to engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations.
• Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
• High level of drive, ambition, and competitiveness.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Familiarity with SaaS or restaurant operations preferred.
