Location: Must live within a commutable distance of the London office; role is hybrid with 2 days per week in the office.

Salary: £67,000–£80,000

What you will do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional squad to design, develop, and maintain core digital platform components.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python.
• Perform regular code reviews to ensure system security, quality, and performance standards.
• Contribute to architectural decision-making in partnership with product and engineering leads.
• Mentor junior engineers and support peer learning within the team.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability of core systems.

Requirements

• Must reside within a commutable distance of London for hybrid work.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python.
• Experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Proven ability to work effectively in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience contributing to large-scale, multi-product software systems.
