What you will do
- Interact with loan applicants via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Support applicants in completing loan applications and receiving funds efficiently.
- Verify applicant information to ensure responsible lending in line with policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for the US Loans program.
- Suggest improvements to processes or product features and share customer feedback.
- Handle customer dissatisfaction and complaints according to escalation procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a customer-facing role with a track record of helping others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to handle conflict gracefully and maintain composure.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
- Open to feedback, eager to improve, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work rotating weekly shifts aligned with US operating hours (12 PM–9 PM UK time or 2 PM–11 PM UK time).
- Availability for 3 weeks of in-office training in London, UK.
