What you will do

• Own the Moderation product roadmap, driving initiatives from concept to execution and ensuring effective protection of the community.
• Support specific product visions and strategy for Machine Learning Solutions at hirify.global, aligning with company objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, legal, and customer support teams for effective implementation of trust and safety measures.
• Work with legal and policy teams to develop and refine community guidelines, safety policies, and enforcement practices.
• Champion the player experience by developing user-friendly safety features and tools, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in trust and safety within the gaming industry and beyond.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on machine learning teams and the trust and safety domain.
• Strong understanding of trust and safety technologies, including content moderation, machine learning, and user behavior analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts and present to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives from concept to execution with strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Deep empathy for players and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive gaming experience.
