TL;DR

What you will do
- Conduct 120–140 outbound calls daily to identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Manage and track all sales opportunities and lead data within Salesforce CRM.
- Partner closely with Field Sales teams to hand off qualified prospects.
- Analyze performance metrics and campaign results to optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide actionable feedback to management regarding lead quality and market insights.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
- Must be based in the United States, specifically within Eastern or Central time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outbound calling (100+ calls daily).
- Strong verbal and written professional communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
