What you will do

• Plan and deliver a variety of events from large industry conferences to intimate roundtables and webinars
• Manage event logistics including venues, catering, guest lists, travel, and suppliers
• Collaborate with marketing on branding, invitations, promotional content, and social media campaigns
• Oversee event execution and post-event follow-up to ensure smooth operations and impact
• Track and report on event performance metrics such as registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK
• Experience running events in B2B, tech, finance, or sustainability sectors or eagerness to learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Clear and confident communication with colleagues, partners, and suppliers
• Excited to work in a high-growth startup environment with varied daily tasks
• English: B2 level or higher required
