Focus on leading and mentoring engineers, contributing to the software development lifecycle, and proposing new approaches to future-proof infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid schedule with an office in Ayala, Makati

What you will do

Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and QA specialists to build and deploy features.
Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Uphold and refine coding standards across the engineering team.
Write efficient, production-ready code.
Participate in solution design meetings, hiring interviews, and code reviews.
Propose new solutions to ensure scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software engineering.
Mastery in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with Git.
Ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
