What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end interviews for technical and senior-level roles (Head, Director+) across multiple time zones.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from delivering onboarding experiences to strengthening hiring practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers regarding growth and professional development.
• Drive internal change initiatives, including the implementation of new systems, policies, and organization-wide programs.
• Ensure operational compliance with labour laws and manage payroll, benefits, and compensation across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
• Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, including senior or leadership roles.
• Expert knowledge of compliance requirements such as DBS, GDPR, and right-to-work processes.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in intense startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across different regions and levels.

Nice to have

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification.
• Knowledge of US and UK employment labor laws and regulations.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Experience in the software development industry.
