Location: Hybrid schedule with an office in Ayala, Makati, Philippines. Work shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end interviews for technical and senior-level roles (Head, Director+) across multiple time zones.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from delivering onboarding experiences to strengthening hiring practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers regarding growth and professional development.
- Drive internal change initiatives, including the implementation of new systems, policies, and organization-wide programs.
- Ensure operational compliance with labour laws and manage payroll, benefits, and compensation across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, including senior or leadership roles.
- Expert knowledge of compliance requirements such as DBS, GDPR, and right-to-work processes.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in intense startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across different regions and levels.
Nice to have
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification.
- Knowledge of US and UK employment labor laws and regulations.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience in the software development industry.
