What you will do

  • Translate company strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable goals.
  • Partner with CEO and leadership on OKRs, board reporting, and investor communications.
  • Build scalable processes across finance, people, legal, and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase cross-functional efficiency.
  • Support talent strategy, hiring, and performance management.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, fundraising activities, and risk compliance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in operations, strategy, or business leadership in fast-scaling Series A–C tech companies.
  • Strong background in building and scaling operational processes.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Financial acumen with comfort in budgets, forecasts, and SaaS metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in ambiguity and urgency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, climate tech, or AI.
  • Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or board management.
  • Previous role as early employee or operator at a high-growth startup.
